Milan has worked for our team for close to three years providing a consistent, high quality engineering service based on his deep understanding of RF design and professional measurement equipment available to him. Any tasks that Milan worked on were executed in a structured manner including detailed descriptions of deliverables, conditions, measurement setups and results and completed on-time. His capabilities in RF simulation and design, his knowledge on EMC and RF systems have been used to optimize applications in the POS/IoT and NFC WLC domain using Panthronics products. He contributed by executing feasibility studies, manufacturing and evaluation of prototypes and clear and concise documentation for implementation on system level.

In the past ten years, we have not come across an engineer whose depth of understanding of complex RF relationships is more comprehensive than Mr. Milan Hammer's. In addition, his communication skills, personable demeanor, and practical approach to problem-solving while taking into account manufacturing possibilities make him stand above the rest. We are thankful to be able to work with him.

I have been working with Milan since 2015. He was involved in the development of our innovative solutions in the field of NFC communication, security and payment systems by using both our patented micro coil NFC antenna and other antenna designs. He faced extremely challenging and important problems of using NFC in miniature and electrically complicated environments. Milan is a distinguished radio frequency engineer who has made outstanding contributions to our projects in his field of expertise.

Milan’s main responsibility was managing and performing EMC measurements. He has managed EMC Work Area in BDC being capable of performing DPI tests according to IEC62132 standard. As further improvement and transforming EMC Work Area to EMC Lab he also prepared and introduced a procedure which effectively reduces probability of making mistakes during DPI measurement and so increases measurement reliability. He was responsible for EMC measurement and participated on EMC problem solutions. He summarized his experiences in RF techniques and EMC measurement in writing EMC guidelines. Besides EMC tasks Milan has successfully managed all his assigned NPD tasks on time. As senior Application engineer, he also supervised design of verification boards for Application Measurement HW (e.g. line/load transient, PSRR/Noise, …) In Q4 He changed his position and started to work as a design engineer. He started gaining experience in using IC design SW and studying silicon technology as well as IC design technique since that time.

Mr. Milan Hammer has been working for our company in the time between January 14th and April 11th. His task was the development of an RF multiple tap according to an internal specification. The main part of his work was to design the hardware layout, to select and evaluate the necessary transformers, either based on existing transformers or by designing new transformers. The goal of his work was a working sample of the required tap fully meeting the specification. Mr. Hammer faithfully committed to get the job done and we got to know him as a reliable person. He reached the goal by the use of simulation and practical measurements. His analytical and problem solving skills and his knowledge in RF development and CaTV systems made him fulfill the requirements within the given time frame. He was successfully searching for new ideas and ways to solve the given problem in an innovative way. His work was clearly structured. Mr. Hammer informed us in biweekly reports during the development phase. Moreover he cooperates effectively with other people in our company. As the project has been stopped, we end our cooperation with Mr. Hammer as scheduled at April 11th. We would like to take this opportunity to thank him for his work and wish him all the best for the future.
